Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct new hire orientation; Process terminations; Assist in benefit enrollment/changes; Employee LOA tracking; Process Unemployment Claims; Monthly Reporting; ESR Reporting; New hire/Term reporting; Misc reports as needed
Coordinate weekly safety trainings with all employees; Record all meetings and input into CSTC Safetrack log; Conduct daily safety walkthrough and record any safety violations/concerns; Send out weekly/monthly reports to managers & supervisors; Assist in implementing processes & policies
Talent Acquisition; Data entry in multiple systems for new hires: Compli, ADP, Fidelity, FMC Dealer; Conduct new hire onboarding; Benefit enrollment; Process terminations; Process UI Claims; Employee relations; Maintain compliance of safety requirements through organizing safety meetings and creating reports; Conduct annual benefit census reports; Advertise & market company events; Create other various weekly/monthly/annual reports; Filing and recording
