Hero Steels (Maintenace Department Trainee), I used to get training regarding preventive Maintenance of 4-High Rolling, 6-High Rolling, and Cold Roll Sheet shining machines as well as Annealing Process Furnace. I got knowledge of different Lathe, Shaper, and Hacksaw Cutting tools and processes. I Used to learn MIG Welding, TIG Welding, and Oxygen sheet Cutter. Major Project I gave the cost-saving Eco-Friendly project to Hero Steels, in which I replaced the usage of the Steam boiler with an Electric Heater for the heating of HCL acid, which was used for the pickling process of the Hot-rolling sheet. The ROI of that project was 5 Months, and the cost saving was approx. 10 Lakhs Rupees per year.
