I am a local second-year Public Health student at Cal Poly with a concentration in Physical Activity Though I have not gotten the chance to work in a more professional medical center, I am a quick hands-on learner and have taken multiple classes for my degree that are health oriented Additionally, years of working customer service have equipped me with ways to connect with multiple generations and I am very comfortable working with all ages I myself grew up playing sports and even went through physical therapy myself As of now, I compete for Cal Poly's surf team and am interested in preventative and regenerative medicine On a more personal note, my little brother went through years of physical therapy as a baby to a child so being part of the community that helped him is important to me
