Also managed team in term of distributing tasks along with taking critical decisions regarding hardware, material thickness and reinforcements. While coordinating with subcontractors and resource planning.
- Developed standard procedure to install bus bars in cabling compartment as per customer requirements, designed new tools required to create embossments on existing cable compartment walls, which saves the huge amount of modification work.
