Roles and responsibilities;-
Assisting the residents in personal care, provide emotional support
Maintaining patient confidentiality, consent, and professional conduct
Understanding different dietary requirements and assisting with feeding
Reporting client's condition to the HCA's
Assist with LPN's and RPN's
Assisting the clients with STD and other mobility aides.
