• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, product specifications & work instructions to determine assembly operations of Injection molding machine and Robot assembly.
• Assemble, fit and install pre-fabricated parts and sub-assemblies of Hydraulic & Electrical to form complete system while maintaining high quality levels.
• Proficiently use hand and power tools as well as material handling equipment, such as crane to fit and install heavy parts and sub-assemblies.
• Test the machines after manufacturing for any non conformance, raise NC reports and discuss the issues with QA for their resolution.
• Preparing Low to high voltage machine cables using cables built sheets and performing point to point testing.
• Provide feedback on design improvements and assist in preparing Engineering Change Requests.
• Supporting in multiple job functions in Operations and Continuous Improvement activities.
