I have successfully completed my fourth and final practicum with toddlers at Children’s Choice Daycare. I have demonstrated strong skills in supporting children’s learning and development through play-based experiences, positive guidance, and responsive caregiving. I have planned and implemented engaging, meaningful and age-appropriate activities that promoted holistic development of the children.

My third practicum with infants helped me to understand the importance of responsive and nurturing care for very young children. I supported their daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and play while observing infants' cues and needs. This experience helped me to develop patience, gentle communication, and a deeper understanding of infant development and care.

My second practicum allowed me to take a more active role in the classroom. I guided children during activities, supported their social interactions, and helped them to manage daily routines. This experience helped me to build confidence and better understand children's development and learning needs.

My first practicum with preschoolers gave me the opportunity to observe how young children learn through play, interaction, and daily routines. I supported the educators, helped with planning activities, and focused on building positive relationships with the children. This experience helped me to improve my communication, observation, and teamwork skills while understanding the importance of creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
