  • Oversee and track over 100 Advanced Fabrication Requests/Fabricated Parts from beginning to end daily for the B-21 program and other programs with Northrop Grumman
  • Became the AFR (Advanced Fabrication Request) SME
  • Provide daily and weekly status to the B-21 program and other programs within the organization to ensure that the fabrication shop meeting the requested deadline/estimated completion date.
  • Coordinate with the Global Supply Chain Team and the Leadership Team to discuss and evaluate quotes for the parts that are requested to be fabricated--- the goal is to get the customers their parts as soon as possible by giving them the choice to expedite the parts being fabricated
  • Track and resolve Nonconformance Tags for the fabricated parts from beginning to end with the Quality Assurance team to meet the deadlines that were agreed upon for the B-21 aircraft
  • Assisted in Cost Center and Shop Floor Moves to ensure that there is ample amount of floor space to support the aircraft’s parts/tools that are being received, going out, and used for training purposes
  • Designed an Advanced Fabrication Request Metric that is updated by me on a weekly basis that briefs the B-21 program’s statistics on fabricated parts for the year 2023 for OPM and IPT awareness; the metric includes the reasons for the AFR, total AFRs by month and cost center, completed AFRs, In-work AFRs, On-Hold AFRs, canceled AFRs, and more
  • Composed a Manufacturing Change Request Metric that highlights the amount of hours transferred between cost centers to keep the IPT team aware of time, budget, and efficiency for the aircraft
  • Created waterfall chart schedules based on Product Design Packages to diagram the span between the present day and cost center load day to ensure that all needs have been met and that all actions have prioritized/executed accurately
  • Composed PSRRs (Production Section Readiness Review) with all teams across the B-21 program to provide leadership with concise updates on the aircraft and the synergy of each cost center’s cross-functional goals
  • Generated, tracked, and modified AFRs (Advanced Fabrication Requests) for different cost centers to provide daily statuses to leadership and the shop floor on part delivery information for the aircraft
  • Conducted cross-functional meetings daily and weekly with Manufacturing Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Industrial Engineers, Quality Engineers, Design Engineers, Global Supply Chain Team, Managers (All Levels), and Directors (All Levels) to ensure that all action items are tracking to their expected dates
  • Orchestrated (AM &PM) boardwalk meetings with all teams and leadership across the Northrop Grumman company to see what was accomplished, if anything was needed and to address problems/concerns for the day
  • Acted as liaison between technicians, engineers, and leadership to provide visibility over plans, changes, and action items
