I was personally responsible for the GN 800 machine. I assisted engineering with design and R&D, and then assembled, F.A.T., commissioning, and program testing. Then, I disassembled the machine and traveled to Italy for the first machine installation. Enhancing customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective technical support for GN Canada and the GN tech center in the Czech Republic.
