  • Management of staff; hiring/dismissal process, wage assessments, performance/time management, labour relation activities, engage with HR, vacation planning and accountable compensation reviews.
  • Collaborates with Project Managers and Change Management Leads on deployment of Front End Speech Recognition across Lower Mainland.
  • Create strong partnerships between our team and clinical stakeholders.
  • Lead development and implementation of education curriculums for Front End Speech Recognition (FESR) program, including one on one and classroom instruction.
  • Provide application demos to medical staff, Steering and Medical Advisory Committees, Clinical Informatics groups.
  • Promote positive user experience and build client relationships.
  • Act as liaison and subject matter expert translating requirements between health organizations, HIM Leadership, key stakeholders, user groups, technical teams and other internal/external departments.
  • Assess site readiness to ensure objectives and training adequately covers current state business requirements.
  • Ensure training documentation is up to date and meets business processes, new applications and/or application upgrades and functionality.
  • Participate in user-acceptance testing to better understand system functionality in effort to support teams and community of users.
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting and problem resolution of software
  • Assist Regional Director in establishing standards, procedures and processes that contribute to effectiveness of organization goals.
