Accomplishments

At IWG, I was elected to the very first CEO Voice Council as one of 2 Canadian representatives. The CEO Voice Council is comprised of individuals from all levels of IWG in North America who will represent the voice of all Team Members in the organization in key discussion topics, bringing forth ideas, innovation, and feedback. Ideas of the upper management are presented to the Council to provide feedback, whether positive or negative, and help change the organization from the ground up.
