Accomplishments
I have raised 3 children with my husband and they have reached success in their careers and lives. They strive for success in all they choose to do which makes us extremely proud parents. They are extremely important to me and this is a huge accomplishment for any parent to achieve!
My other biggest accomplishments was running my own practice for years. This has taught me a lot about balance and keeping a calm attitude; which is so important with everything!
My favorite things:
I love to garden; flowers and vegetables! Baking, decorating cakes and cookies, trying new recipes, cooking, crafts are all things that i enjoy.
I love having my kids involved in sports! I love being able to watch my daughter play ball; something that brings so much joy to her!
I love snowboarding, cross-country skiing, water sports in the summer, golfing, biking, hiking, and working out at my HITT classes! I like being outside and enjoying the sun in the spring, summer, fall, and winter!! These are a few of my favorite things; exercise always makes me feel better mentally and physically. I especially love to share these opportunities with friends and family which is what makes them so much more enjoyable!
