In Store Recruiter:
- Partner with HR team to outline and define position requirements in accordance with company needs.
- Meet with managers to discuss vacancies, applicant qualifications and characteristics of top candidates
- Determine required job seeker qualifications for potential interview by reviewing and evaluating resume and application information.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes to determine qualification for in-person interviews.
- Develop relationships with potential job candidates to promote effective communication throughout hiring processes.
- Orient newly hired employees by providing company information, facilitating onboarding processes and establishing position-related requirements.
- Coordinate and assist on technical training for new staff members.

Customer Service Clerk - Bookkeeper:
- Provide high-quality customer service with our Company's customer service standards and policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and suggestions courteously and professionally.
- Use of my bilingual skills to assist customers in Spanish.
- Actively listen to customers, handle concerns quickly, address customers needs, resolve concerns and escalate major issues to supervisor if can't be solved at my level.

- Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous and efficient customer check out service.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Scanning merchandise and handle groceries of varying weights.
- Operate electronic scanning cash register to total customer's final bill.
- Receive payment for customer purchases (debit, credit or check payment) and count back correct change when cash purchase is made.
- Learn and follow all applicable company policies and procedures regarding discounts, coupons, refunds, cash handling, employee purchase and all other transactions handled at the register.
- Bag groceries ensuring items are not damaged.
