  • Managed 18,000hd of cattle ensuring optimal health and growth
  • Responsible for bunk management, nutrition, and scheduling customized feed rations. In depth knowledge of micros, supplements, and commodities used in each different ration, catering them to each specified lot.
  • Managed incoming cattle and generated lot strategies as they filled. Implemented protocol for receiving import cattle in order to maintain our license as a restricted feedlot.
  • Maintained knowledge of industry policies and procedures including those that fall under the CFIA and Transport Canada Laws and Regulations
  • Communicated with dispatch to ensure seamless coordination for shipments
