-Carrying out quality control on the work activity to ensure it is done according to what is required for it to pass inspection.

- Work closely with the different trades, checking out their works to ensure all is done on time and also accordingly to what’s in the project plans to achieve good products and working to meet up with the milestones.

- Maintain a smooth and regular communication with the team members and also the trades, to ensure good delivery of project task.

-Prepare the punch list so trades can go finish up any damage or deficiency or omissions.

- Ensure prompt delivery of work packages in accordance with the work program.

- Assist in general supervision of activities on site.

- Monitor and maintain the construction schedule on a regular basis.

- Give regular report on work progress in weekly site meetings.

- Monitoring of new hires to ensure their compliance to work ethics, record their performances and keeping a track record of their attendance.

Participates in on-site safety meetings and also makes helpful suggestions and recommendations at such meetings.

- contributes actively to the progress of the project.

- sometimes coordinates site toolbox daily meetings.

- sometimes receive materials and appliances and ensure they are in good condition and in the right quantities before signing on them.

General site management work

• Planned, organized, coordinated, monitored, managed and handed over completed Site Projects e.g 4,5,7 bedrooms Townhouses with kitchens and baths, 3 and 4 bedrooms houses with baths and kitchens, 100 Heavy Truck parking yard (formally a swampy landmark) supervised and constructed into a solid well concreted surface truck park yard. Three dilapidated Gas Stations in various locations remodelled, supervised, and managed the total renovation of the stations into brand new stations, all done within the stipulated budget and time framework
  
• Prepared the work program and also the material and labour schedules.
  
• Study all necessary site drawings and check for any discrepancies before moving physically to site.
  
• Sourcing and assessing of suppliers and team members inline with the project methodology.
  
• Ensured quality work done according to specifications and plans, and had total control of workforce and material usage which resulted to estimated profit exceeded.

• Prepared the maintenance manual and handover notes which use after delivery of project to carry out periodic maintenance on the Buildings.
