I'm looking for full time work as an line cook within you establishment. With over 13 years of experience in the kitchen from line cook to management. I'm capable of working all sections from saute,grill fryers and pantry. can work brunch, executing such dishes as eggs benny, omelettes and other breakfast/lunch items. with extensive knowledge of pubfare to fine dining including italian,greek and seafood to mention a few. My ideal schedule would be 6 days a week open to close (give or take a few hours) how ever im pretty open. I'm reliable have my own transportation available right away. and is willing to come in for a trail run to see how goes on both our sides.
