- Execute all facets of individualized client campaigns, from start to finish with limited input/oversight from our President/CEO.
- Facilitate new business opportunities, including direct referrals, & spearhead client signings, while overseeing support staff. Currently billing over 70k for the month of February 2024.
- Extremely experienced in covering client events, photoshoots, press junkets, and all publicity-related activities (patching phone interviews, in-studio appearances, etc.), as well as red-carpet events (award shows, premieres, venue openings & galas), and client travel.
- Oversee the coordination of client schedules, memos, & complex itineraries.
- Oversee event submissions and award season support for clientele, including campaign strategy & procuring top industry media placements.
- Maintain outstanding media relationships, and actively secure top-tier, national & international press placements.
- Highly experienced in brainstorming creative pitch angles & ideas for clients, as well as biographical, pitch, and press release writing.
- Interact, coordinate, and build/maintain great working relationships with major Hollywood studios, networks, talent reps, members of the media (online/print/TV/audio, etc.), glam/styling agencies & their individual artists, and more.
- Creative direct & execute editorial photoshoots from start to finish: hiring photographers, securing studios, mood board creation, glam team selection, + finalizing all images with the clients for editorial use throughout their campaigns.
- Proficient in MuckRack, Cision, Fashion Monitor, IMDb, Influencer Intelligence, and Microsoft Office.

• Tracking/monitoring client press, sending press placements to clients.
• Social media support for clientele.
