Yucaipa and Redlands Location: 8 Weeks (CR2), Outpatient

Murrieta/Temecula-Hancock Location: 8 Weeks (CR1), Outpatient

• Visit patients at their homes to perform a variety of duties as directed by a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, bed mobility and physical activities.
• Measure patient's ROM and vital signs to determine feasibility and effectiveness of treatments.

• Assist patients to prevent disabilities and promote maximal participation and responsibility for their recovery program following disease, injury, or surgery.
• Monitor and assist patients through therapeutic exercise to increase endurance and strength.
• Accurately and timely document patient treatments to ensure proper progression.

• Instruct patients in proper body mechanics and ways to improve functional mobility.
• Train patients in use of supportive devices, braces, prostheses, and adaptive equipment.
• Communicate with and instruct family members on therapeutic activities and treatment plans.
