  • Used programs such as ITK-SNAP, Anduin Bonescreen, and Python to retrospectively analyze abdominal CT scans.
  • Collaborated with the Manske Lab team to determine optimal next steps for this project as well as related projects relating to bone and muscle loss in the intensive care unit.
