Summary
My recovery journey started On April 22, 2016, when I moved into Maple Ridge Treatment Center, and on April 21, 2024, I will be gratefully 8 years sober. Helping others with what I struggled with has been a passion of mine for several years now but it was important to me to end my 30+ career in sales and customer service in a manner I could be proud of.
I have finished 1/3 of my program courses at Vancouver Community College with a 3.7 GPA and plan to complete the course in May 2025. I plan to find employment in this field with the long-term goal of continuing my educational studies in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program.
