As a sophomore at CSU Maritime Academy, I've engaged deeply in STEM projects such as underwater robotics and computer science, preparing for a future in a technology-driven world. In addition, volunteering has been a significant part of my life, from guiding young cyclists across California to participating in community events or working at the stables. In my extracurricular activities, I've honed my leadership skills as a Chief Petty Officer in the Navy Sea Cadets and as a captain in both water polo team and HS track and field. I try to balance my schoolwork with learning different skills like languages, computers, and a few certifications. I want to be well-rounded and ready for what comes next. I’m a hardworking student who learns best by staying organized and steady with my work. I also do well when working with others and keeping things clear. On top of that, I’ve picked up a good amount of experience with research and using different kinds of software.
