  • Performed various roles within the Tool and Die classification across most departments including : General Assembly , Paint , Metrology , Bodyshop, Stamping and Toolroom.
  • General Assembly - Maintenance on chassis assembly equipment , solve ergonomic issues, working with Engineers, Ergonomics's and Assemblers. Reverse engineer failed components and create drawings for re-manufacture in house. Manufacture spare parts and perishable components for various tooling and fixtures throughout department.
  • Metrology - Program and utilize single and dual arm CMM's using PC DMIS. Program and operate Leica Laser Trackers as a portable CMM on tooling and part measurement. Program and operate GOM blue light scanning system for part studies and validation - generate reports . Use Siemens NX and Team Centre to pull CAD files from database for use in previously mention applications.
  • Bodyshop - Weld/ Assembly tool maintenance. Work with engineersand management on throughput improvement issues involving conveyors and robots.
  • Toolroom - Machine new and modify perishable components for weld assembly tooling , utilizing knee mills , cnc bed mill , horizontal metal lathe's , surface grinders, hydraulic presses , heat treat ovens, saws and drill presses.
  • Stamping Department - Maintenance and repairs on large , class A & B surface transfer dies that manufactured closure panels and underbody components. This work was predominately lifter maintenance and trim edge repair using various welding processes. Moving and opening of dies with large cranes.

Certified Technical Scuba Diver

In the 15 years I was an active scuba diver I gained a passion for technical diving.

I completed many training courses and achieved certifications in Cave Diving , Advanced Decompression diving , Advanced Tri-mix Closed Circuit Rebreather Diving.

Ultralight Aircraft Pilots License

This is a recent achievement and I now fly a powered paramotor recreationally and have over 50 hours logged flight time
