Hobbies and Interests

I am very active in my own life and enjoy playing sports throughout the year. I also enjoy coaching my son and daughter in hockey and baseball.  I Love to read and learn as well as listen to books on tape.  I spend weekends at the trailer with my family,  going for long walks with my dogs while enjoying nature,  I meditate daily and have practiced it for 10 years, and my new found passion is gardening.
