Host Safety Meetings, provide training as needed, motivate people so they can enjoy their work day, live and instill a positive attitude, assign/delegate work/priorities as needed, provide internal customer service from other departments as needed, work with/complete a broad range of computer tasks, attend production meetings and other meetings as needed, carry out the direction of the production plan, pass on communication from Managers/Executives, participate in 5S/3S initiatives, and complete other duties/tasks as they pop up.
