An artist, engineer, and labor advocate all rolled into one. My dream is to organize workers and fight for a middle class that is valued for its labor by using collective bargaining power, community-driven organizing, artistic collaboration, and emerging communications technology.
Enforce union contracts, lead organizing efforts to bring new crafts under union agreement, coordinate political affairs at both the local and state levels, aided in the operation of the local union office and collaborated with the lead negotiator during contract negotiations.
Oversaw both internal and external union communications, maintained Local social media profiles, wrote/shot/edited video content as needed, created employer facing presentations for bargaining/grievance hearings, coordinated state and local lobbying efforts, and implemented hybrid membership meeting setups to allow members to participate in union business both in person and remotely.
Oversaw all aspects of magazine development from concept to creation. Wrote and sourced articles pertaining to IATSE Local 695's craft jurisdiction, sourced press/media visual assets for publications from various sources, and coordinated with publishers to set and meet distribution dates.
Freelanced for various broadcast, streaming, web based, and social media productions in multiple capacities, including Video Engineering, Camera Department, and Post-Production. Major projects include MTV's Video Music Awards (2017 - 2022), The Academy Awards (2019-2020), Fox's Scream Queens (2015), and multiple YouTube channels represented by AwesomenessTV/Paramount Television Studios.
