• Led full-cycle recruiting for AMS TikTok-RD Engineering department, managing experienced and campus hiring across multiple engineering domains.
• Own executive/high-level engineering and lead high-impact and hard-to-fill hiring initiatives by designing targeted sourcing, assessment, and talent mapping strategies to improve pipeline quality and long-term talent coverage.

• Managed recruitment and account relationships for large enterprises and startups (Google, Bytedance/TikTok, Tencent, OPPO, Didi, NewsBreak, Adobe, Baidu, Run The World, TAL, UMU) across technical and non-technical roles in US, EMEA, Singapore, and LTAM.
• Conducted interviews and provided mentorship and training for new recruiters, establishing clear guidelines to enhance onboarding.
