Extract, review and perform account maintenance chargeable to the state to include cancellations and transfers, query, create and provide customized reports upon request to a variety of customers.
Coordinate in accordance with command policy transactions affecting available charge card and ATM limits. Analyze, monitor, review and lift restricted status and recommend approval for account reinstatement. Analyze and review individual charge activity to identify potential misuse/abuse and/or non-official use. Assist with the processing of all IBA application. Cancel and/or revoke credit card accounts for misuse/abuse.
Processes applications for charge cards and recommends approval of travel card reinstatement.
Provides accurate timely advice and guidance on an as needed basis to customers.
Accomplish a wide range of human resources transactions, for all technicians and AGRs, related to recruitment, placement, classification, employee and labor relations, benefits, entitlements, training, and incentive awards.
