• An accomplishment for me is anything that contributes to my pursuit of self actualization. I remember representing my team in a charity hockey tournament supporting hospice in belle river where i demonstrated leadership and sportsmanship by standing up for teammates during a unsportsmanlike conduct on the ice.
• Practiced self discipline by setting daily personal goals and following through with planned gym routines and tasks created the day before, building strong healthy habits and skills.
