After a long time in the trades, Ive found that plain talk to be the most efficient. Ive recently moved to cranbrook to be closer to my daughter, that lends to setting down permanent roots and such being available throughout the entire year. Approching 40 yrs old, im of the mind that efficiency and strong work ethic is the best way to get through a day. Had my own company and built a few homes has led me to understand the value of resource managment and keeping to a timeline. Lastly, im pretty personable, and have found modivating coworkers and encouraging production to done best through humour and shared pride of a high quality finished product.
