During the course of my 20 year Telecom and underground construction career, I have learn that in order to lead you must first learn to take directives and be able to convey those ideas to others by conducting ones self in a professional manner, therefore enhancing productivity and ensuring quality in construction management. My expertise in project management and problem-solving facilitated the timely resolution of issues, adherence to safety protocols, and successful project completions, by applying this approach to team building, cross training and expanding everyone view as to the task at hand has help me develop over the course of my career.
