• As a analyst working on liquid platform supply chain application.
• Checking on LP IDs where the status of each ID is transferred from one stage to other.
• Working on different tools on supply chain which are AWS, Jenkins and Kubernets and Grafana.
• In this application we use python as backend language, and working on mywizard hyperlink.
• As a Analyst in EDM(EIT_TFO02-FA-Ops) project as Enterprise Document Management like storage of digitalized documentation.
• Created process flow diagrams to document system workflow processes.
• Provided technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal stakeholders on software issues.
• Maintained accurate records of all clients in the database system.
• Users will drop files in respective location(SFTP) like EMC Captiva importer will move the files from folder to the respective folders and create a batch in IA server.
• Once the batch is created in Captiva there is a batch processing happens with Captiva modules like Image converter, ODBC, Image Processor, .NET code.
• Users will be doing for the batches which is indexing enable through the completion module once indexing is done and the batches once got processed and transfer to required location like client location or internal SFTP location.
• Worked on deployments to the client in every 2 weeks for their requirements.
• Worked on monthly data correction on factory clients, ticket analysis and p1,p2 analysis.
• Learned newly added application named CXL, it will help users to make their work easy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Worked on Captiva and IA (Admin&Expolrer)

• As a Backend developer in Cognitive- TFO02, Avanade project developed new features and enhancements for the application using .NET services like POSTGRE, postman.
• Worked as loaned resource for 10 months as .NET developer in Gen_AI client for urgent requirement for development team.
• Cleared prioritized bugs and PBIs for urgent releases and updated .NET API's for requested corrections to the portal.
• Developed code libraries for use in future projects as needed.
• Resolved customer issues by establishing workarounds and solutions to debug and create defect fixes.
• Coordinated system installations, testing, and code corrections.
• Assessed code during testing stage to determine potential glitches and bugs.
• Leveraged Agile methodologies to move development lifecycle rapidly through initial prototyping to enterprise-quality testing and final implementation.
