• Prepare a report on a process of trichloroethylene production with all details that includes application, MSDS, raw materials, properties, block/flow diagrams, mass balance, energy balance, equipment description, cost estimation, HAZOP study.

• Manage the production of product named pargafst 201 with help of SOP.
• Draw block diagram, PI diagram of process.
• Carry out the material and energy balance for the entire process.
• Draw and understand the design of equipment used in process.
• Understand the health, safety and environmental point from HAZOP study and safety manuals.
• Carry out the cost estimation from the calculation for the process.
• Report to manager about daily work and submitted report for the process at the end of internship.
