• Participated and performed pilot project, Mini-T PH300 F/C C/O Kaizen for Dosing Department to reduce touch time of changeover from 14 hours to 12.5 hours, by learning and applying LEAN tools such as VSM, SMED, RCPS, Kaizen
• Responsible for Setting up and monitoring equipment's, recording data, making calculations, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with tablet press compression problems
• Operated and maintained a variety of high-speed tablet press types such as Manesty (PAC & TPAC), Korsch (PH300, XL400& PH800) and Bosch Xpress 500 for producing tablets for various prescription drugs
• Conducted in-process and finished product testing to ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and quality standards also performed applicable SAP and LIMS transactions accurately in a timely manner
• Documented and maintained accurate records of all production processes, including batch records, production logs, and equipment maintenance records
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, such as maintenance and project leaders for developing Standard work for PH300 press
• Conducted internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards prior to FDA and Health Canada Audit
• Committed to safety by following all safety protocols and procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and participating in safety training programs, adhering to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and proper sanitation procedures
• Ensured proper selection, care and use of tools, parts and equipment while performing all Job-related duties.
• My duties as an employees' representative include:

1. Act as liaison between management and my co- workers.

2. Attend all scheduled meeting with the management/HR.

3. Escalate any concerns to the management with regards to safety and compliance.

4. Volunteer for pilot projects proposed to the department.

• Operated Extrusion line and supervised all elements of machines in production operation
• Manage a team of 5-8 operators on production line
• Performing size changes on packaging line for different product sizes and formats by ensuring that machines are working properly and safely
• Worked with supervisors and production planners to assure schedules are executed as planned and documented report for the day
• Creating, printing, and modifying barcode labels (label view) for different products and packed as per schedule.
