• Built and validated 2D/3D FEA models to support durability and design decisions, demonstrating familiarity with Siemens design/analysis methodology and product development lifecycle.

• Delivered technical reports and presented findings to multidisciplinary stakeholders — reinforcing ability to serve as single point of contact and manage project communication.

• Developed 2D/3D structural and thermal models for GE90 HPT modules, performed detailed analysis, redesigns to improve reliability. • Managed supplier audits, NDT procedures, manufacturability assessments and quality control.

• Designed and detailed 3D/2D CAD models for hospital beds and stretchers, applying GD&T.
• Implemented part and assembly design changes in PLM and managed engineering change orders.
• Developed innovative solutions for field issues using root cause analysis, tolerance stack-up, and FEA.
