• Posting of risk details, claims administration and documentation as well as follow up on renewals
• Successfully converted the direct prospects from the company into clients.

• Managing a team of insurance advices under direct sales department
• Encourage, guide and support the sales team to perform and achieve sales targets
• Manage interviews, recruit sales advisors and implement trainings to develop their skills and knowledge
• Identify business opportunitiesa by recognizing prospect; evaluate their position in the indus try research and analyzing sales option
• Sell assigned products by establishing contacts and develop relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
• Utilizing knowledge of tax and investment strategies, insurance and Pension Plans.

• Coordinate details of event such as conferences, government events, charity events, surprise parties, trade shows
• Coordinating Staffing Requirements and Staff Briefings
• Coordinating Suppliers, Handling Client Queries and Troubleshooting on the day of the Event to ensure that all runs smoothly
• Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently.

• Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor costs and profitability
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via tele phone calls and emails
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
