• Troubleshoot and identify basic issues based on customer complaints, conducting inspections and eliminating problem possibilities
• Complete initial inspections, report symptoms and potential solutions to senior technicians
• Ensure vehicle requirements meet inspection standards
• Record details of services provided and tasks completed
• Help maintain shop cleanliness, and organization
• Maintain productivity by ensuring adequate shop supplies are on hand, and order as necessary
• Order parts required for repair
• Assist senior technicians as required
• Participate in on going educational courses and training
