Prepare reviewer assignments, flagging expertise gaps and making recommendations to the Lead and Advisor on potential reviewers.
Keep all databases and tools up to date, including the CRM, Microsoft Tasks, EIS, and Teams Planner.
Provide ongoing support to reviews and executives throughout the competition and staying proactive to resolve any arising issues.
Help to identify issues with competition processes and procedures to support the DOCC and the continuous business improvement of the competitions.
