Fast paced bar and restaurant. Taking direct orders from customers from the bar and chits coming from servers. Creating strong relationships with repeat customers, engaging in friendly conversation and memorizing drink orders to exceed The Locals and own high standards of service.

Serving club section seats in the arena. serving 100 guests per game. Delivering excellent and quick service to guests, whilst following procedure to as not impede play time. Being able to understand orders in a loud and extremely fast paced environment. taking single orders as well as delivering continual service and checking for repeat orders for guests who held a tab.

Part of the Gibbons group. Serving a wide variety of drinks from cocktails to bottle service in a vibrant and busy nightclub. Required fast and continual service of drinks as well as strong team work to assist the other bar stations, bar backs and VIP table service chits and delivery.

Split role between 2 venues, 1st a fast paced coffee spot serving specialty sandwiches to go and the other a restaurant and bar. Taking food and drink orders both behind the counter and table service. Making coffees, milkshakes and other beverages as per orders. Running food orders as well as preparing and clearing tables.

High volume, fun, yet casual bar serving customers a wide variety of drinks including pitchers, cocktails and specialty coffees. Maintaining bar set up, including assisting bar backs during busy periods to minimize disruption of service. Set up and close down daily as well as weekly and monthly deep cleaning of bar stations.

Working the between the fast-paced Après bar and sophisticated cocktail lounge located within the hotel.

Greeting customers at the bar, making a variety of drinks as well as maintaining the highest standards of service and cleanliness of the bar.

Promoted to bar supervisor during employment. Overseeing and supervising bar staff including staffing levels, breaks and bar needs during service. Closing tills and cashing up, stock take and ordering as well as inspecting opening and closing stations.

Dual role, split between serving and bartending. Handling high customer volumes in the restaurant and bar. Both serving tables and making variety of drinks including cocktails and specialty coffees.
