Summary

Hi, I'm Jacqueline. I'm a compassionate, hands-on Medical Assistant with over three years of experience in both clinical and administrative roles, mostly in primary care and pain management. I truly love what I do. I care deeply about my patients, my team, and the quality of care we provide.

In every job I've had, I've been the kind of person who jumps in wherever needed, learns quickly, and brings warmth and calm into high-pressure situations. I've worked closely in group settings, and over time, I've grown into a leadership role by consistently showing up, supporting others, and leading with kindness. I believe in treating everyone, patients, providers, and coworkers with empathy, respect, and a friendly smile. Whether I’m assisting with a procedure, helping a nervous patient feel at ease, or keeping the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes, I do it all with love and pride in my work. I’m someone who takes initiative, works hard, and brings a strong team mindset, and genuine care into everything I do.
