  • Worked to develop Canada’s first culturally specific urban farmers market on African and Caribbean culture

  • Farming and advocating for local food security, food justice and developing a platform of sovereignty for food insecure African people and other racialized communities
  • Created a pop-up food pantry twice a month to support low-income, no income food insecure households
