Summary
Most of my time on a worksite has been on a diamond drill. I started as a drillers helper in 2019 and worked my way to a drillers position in 2021. I have always been physically fit, and am happy doing labour intensive jobs, or jobs related to machinery in general. I have a keen aptitude for mechanics, as I worked as an automotive parts person for a few years before transitioning to a hands on position.
Diamond drilling teaches a ton about troubleshooting, hydraulic systems, diesel engines, care and maintenance, the importance of drill mud, housekeeping, and so on.
I have always enjoyed hands on work, and love learning new skills. I am someone who is considered very adaptable.
