  • Responsible for player, coach, trainer development in Northern Ontario
  • Develop and deliver programs such as on and off-ice player development camps
  • Construct and organize coaching clinics
  • Have a good working relationship with OHL Teams and their scouts throughout developing and scouting the best U16 AAA talent in the NOHA with the intent to create a competitive Team NOHA
  • Oversee events of upwards to 200 participants and ensure our team works as a cohesive unit to ensure success
  • Attend OHF and Hockey Canada Leadership meetings
  • Familiar with Sheldon Kennedy's Respect Group
  • Implemented ten Hockey Canada skills camps throughout the NOHA during the 2023 Holiday Season, in which over 600 youth participated, responsible for budgeting, planning, and camp rollout
  • Named Director of Operations for the U14 Team NOHA that will compete at the 2024 Ontario Winter Games.

Accomplishments

Named as the Commissioner of North Bay Mens Baseball League in 2020, at the age of 22, a position I have proudly held since.


Successful implementation of several programs within the Northern Ontario Hockey Association, such as - the relocation and reconstruction of the Under 14 Program of excellence, along with both the implementation of an elite Coach symposium featuring several professional and elite level coaches, coupled with the structuring and rollout of a weeks long Development program this past winter that had 600 youth athletes throughout Northern Ontario exposed to the best Coaching in the region.

Volunteer Coaching as well as administrative work, such as currently acting as the Commissioner of the North Bay Mens Baseball League. 


Have Coached several teams at various age levels, currently Coaching  High school Baseball at West Ferris Secondary. 


In addition to Coaching Teams, I am also heavily involved with development camps in both the grass roots and elite levels.
