  • During my time at the Good Shepard Center, I was tasked with helping refurnish and clean the facility. Doing this not only helped the building become remodeled, but it gives kids excitement seeing new structures they can play with. Doing this really makes me happy knowing I am doing something to help the kids that might not have the things that we may have.

  • I first started by helping out with bagging food which would soon be used to be sent out to help the poverty throughout Los Angeles. After that concluded, I went to see the backgrounds of different countries the misfortunes that a lot of us don't recognize. This trip changed my perspective on how big poverty really is and how difficult it is to survive these unfortunate disadvantages.
