Leduc,AB

Summary

I strive to ensure that I'm early to work and that my respective tasks are completely properly and efficiently. My work experience has taught me the value of time and that when's there's more of it the better. In May, 2024 I graduated with a Bilingual High School Diploma in French from LCHS. Outside and in High School I played multiple sports from small town Leduc all the way to Auckland, New Zealand. I have taken my leadership across the world and have learned invaluable skills that I'm looking to take into the workforce. I know that my leadership, teamwork are an invaluable skill that I can use to develop positive morale and efficiency in many workplaces. I have experience being in critical and stressful situations which is where I thrive. Being busy is something important to me and doing a job properly brings me a validation that I can be proud of. For the last 6 months I have worked with a variety of age groups from age 12-18 in church camps, basketball teams, basketball games, and I'm currently involved in church education at my local church to children ages 10-12. Each week I plan practices, lessons, and engaged with youth and have grown to understand their perspectives. As a referee I developed effective communication and conflict resolution skills in high-energy sports environment. Excel in maintaining order, enforcing rules, and ensuring positive experience for participants. Seeking to transition into new field where these skills can drive success and foster productive atmosphere.
