  • Oversaw and coordinated installation of heavy duty, industrial shears and balers from foundation design, power requirements, and logistical challenges.
  • Assisted in in-office and on-site troubleshooting for customers. Documented fixes and create 5-Why documentation for training purposes for technicians.
  • Create technical documents such as Operation Manuals for each machine based on site visits. Create training videos to better aid customers in understanding and operating their machines.
  • Modify existing machine or foundation drawings in AutoCAD as well as create drawings for specific tools or post-installation modifications.
