- Designed custom slurry Aeration Systems to meet customer requirements. Designing included 3D modelling using CAD as well as creating accompanying technical drawings and Bill of Materials.
- Responsible for providing pricing of quotes custom jobs as well as communicating between reps and customers throughout the design process.
- Developed and maintained procedural documents for both the assembly and installation of keys system components as well as test procedures.
- Participated in the design of testing rig used to conduct air pressure and air flow analysis of vital rotary valve component. Once analysis was complete test rig was used as additional test method for outgoing manufactured components.
- Managed communication with suppliers to order parts, ensuring effective stock management by utilizing forecasting and predictive techniques. Monitored Sales Orders (S/O's), Purchase Orders (P/O's), and stock levels through the Sage management system.
- Currently working remotely as a consultant design engineer for Easyfix doing Engineering drawings and modelling.
