I am striving towards this goal by being disciplined in my studies, currently holding a 4.0 GPA. Before attending university, I played competitive hockey at Yale Hockey Academy and NAX Hockey Academy, and was drafted to the WHL by the Wenatchee Wild. I then went on to play for the Trail Smoke Eaters in the BCHL. I still enjoy sports and love to ski, golf, surf, play tennis, hike, cycle, run, and work out. Through playing sports, I learned valuable skills that can transfer to a successful workplace and career, such as discipline, the ability to face adversity, willingness to be the best at my craft, an obsession with learning in all aspects of life, teamwork, time management, coachability, and the ability to make important decisions.
