- Answered phones to make convenient appointment for customers based on concerns they have with their vehicles, and to provide estimate of time and cost of diagnosis. On arrival, would ask further questions and check history ( if available through linked customer records) and ensure customer contact information is updated. Send printed work order into shop to appropriate skill group, and estimate parts and labour, and parts availability, after diagnosed by technician. Contacted customer to review time and price for authorization. After work completed, closed out work order ensuring labour time allocated to appropriate technician and parts listed and correctly priced. Contacted customer and reviewed invoice.
- In charge of processing Federal and Provincial dealer U.S.A. vehicle imports and submitting appropriate paperwork to Federal and Provincial authorities
- Took lead to return unused tires to suppliers for timely credit, and unused parts to vendors.
