I have a tremendous amount of experience working as part of a team through my past jobs and sports teams, while also working by myself, helping out individuals on the autism spectrum. By implementing customized intervention plans and strategies such as skilled crisis management, behavior analysis and creating support plans, I always feel a sense of accomplishment and meaning after completing this type of work. I also have a great understanding of sociology through the University of British Columbia, particularly focusing my studies on criminology. I have also successfully completed the course on Research Ethics based on the Tri-Council Policy Statement: Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans (TCPS 2: CORE 2022), which equips me with the knowledge to carry out ethically responsible research involving human participants.
