My main responsibility is to work on customer clubs, this involves re-gripping, re-shafting, changing the loft and lie as per customer specs. I give customers advice on the best options for their requirements.

When I'm not taking part in the club building process, I work on the sales floor, talking to customers, understanding what their needs are and providing guidance and options as required.

• Responsible for assisting other staff members in the department to keep accounts organized and planned
• Client contact to make sure work was satisfactory and to take briefs so that the agency could supply the work that they wanted quickly and accurately
• Coordinated with service providers to facilitate the provision of all work elements that client requested
• Kept inventory records and tracked time spent to ensure all clients receive excellent service

• Sold driving range tickets and collected payments from customers

• Assisted and advised customers on golf equipment and accessories and provided advice on equipment care and maintenance
• Directed customers to driving range, showing them how to operate the token system, helping green fee customers get organized for their tee times
• Provided information about golf facilities, food and beverage options and mini golf
• Assisted customers seeking golf lessons with bookings
• Resolved customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Inspected rental equipment to detect wear and damage and organized minor repairs, adjustments and maintenance

• Arrived early for setup and safety check and to ensure a safe and positive environment for all players
• Built rapport with players and coaches to promote an enjoyable sports experience
